Which providers and methods can I use?

Agent Mercer Payments brings cards and supported wallets into the platform. Stripe, Adyen and Airwallex are part of the connected payment setup; NMI supports continuity configurations. Airwallex offers multi-currency settlement options, subject to your account setup. Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on the selected provider and device. PayPal remains a separate wallet flow.

What does network-token continuity include?

The vault connects eligible credentials with network transaction references and customer-initiated to merchant-initiated payment history (CIT → MIT). A network token, a wallet device token (DPAN) and a processor token are different credential types. Portability depends on the credential and receiving rail. PayPal credentials remain with PayPal.

What happens if a payment or processor fails?

Configured retries and reminders handle unsuccessful renewals. Billing can pause while the team arranges a compatible path to resume. Our approach prioritizes strong merchant accounts rather than repeated cascading across weak accounts. Processing approval and replacement-rail eligibility remain with the provider.

How do setup and fees work?

We help with applications, KYC preparation, processor representatives, migration and volume ramp planning. Platform, transaction and network-token fees are separated on the pricing page; processing terms depend on your agreement. No approval rate or recovery result is guaranteed.
