01Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revley AI LLC (“Agent Mercer,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with this marketing website and other pages that link to this Policy (the “Site”), including enquiries, demo bookings, update requests and job applications. Our contact address is 45 E 20th St, New York, NY 10003, USA.

This Policy does not replace the agreement, data-processing terms or privacy notices that apply to the Agent Mercer platform or to a merchant’s own store. Section 9 explains the distinction. Where we determine the purposes and means of processing personal information covered by this Policy, we act as its controller or equivalent responsible business under applicable law.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Business enquiries and demos. Name, email address, company, role, sales range and the message you choose to provide. The demo form prepares a booking link in your browser. Completing that form alone does not send us a request.
  • Scheduling. When you follow the booking link, the details you entered are passed to Calendly to prefill your booking. Calendly handles those details under its own privacy notice; information about a completed booking is made available to us.
  • Product updates. The update forms prepare an email draft containing your address and the requested list. We receive it only when you send the email. Preparing or opening the draft does not subscribe you.
  • Job applications. Name, email, location, portfolio or LinkedIn link, answers about your experience, and any résumé or examples you choose to attach. The application form prepares an email draft. We receive the application and attachments when you send that email, not when you prepare it.
  • Correspondence. Your sender details, message, attachments and any information you choose to share when you email us.

Technical information

When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process request information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, time of access and response status to deliver and protect the Site. The booking link includes a fixed label identifying this website as the referral source. The Site does not run a separate analytics or advertising script.

Form values and demonstration selections are held in the current page. See Section 6 for cookies and storage. We may also receive booking information from Calendly and delivery information, such as a bounce notice, from our email service provider.

The Site’s forms do not ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers, passwords, health information or other sensitive personal information. Please do not include that information in messages, booking notes or applications.

03How we use personal information

  • To respond to enquiries, prepare for demos, arrange meetings and communicate about our products or a potential business relationship.
  • To send updates you request and manage subscription preferences and opt-outs.
  • To review applications, communicate with candidates and manage recruitment.
  • To deliver, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the Site, and prevent misuse.
  • To maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Interactive product previews on this Site use demonstration data and local interface logic. They do not connect your store, send your preview selections to an AI model provider, charge a payment method or perform actions in a live merchant account. The platform’s processing of merchant information is addressed separately in Section 9.

04Legal bases for processing

Where European, UK or comparable data-protection law requires a legal basis, our basis depends on the purpose and context:

  • Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries, evaluating candidates, managing business relationships, securing the Site and maintaining appropriate records, subject to your interests and rights.
  • Contract or pre-contract steps: where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you as an individual at your request.
  • Consent: where required for requested marketing communications or other optional processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Legal obligations: where applicable law requires processing or retention.

05How we disclose information

We disclose information for the purposes described above to the following categories of recipients:

Recipients of personal information
RecipientPurposeInformation involved
Hosting and security providersDeliver and protect the SiteTechnical request information.
CalendlySchedule calls you choose to bookBooking details and information passed when you follow the booking link.
Email service providersDeliver correspondence, applications and requested updatesContact details, messages and attachments.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations; authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; and parties involved in a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to applicable protections.

We do not sell personal information collected through this Site or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising. The Site does not load advertising pixels or cross-site tracking scripts. Fonts, images and front-end code are served with the Site. Third-party websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

06Cookies and browser storage

The marketing Site’s own code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Form values and interface choices remain in the current page. Hosting or access-control services may use storage necessary to deliver, secure or restrict access to a private preview.

The Site does not load optional analytics, advertising or session-recording trackers, and it does not embed Calendly. Calendly and other external websites apply their own notices when you follow their links. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain consent where required before enabling it.

The Site does not track you across third-party websites and does not change its behaviour in response to the older “Do Not Track” browser signal. Global Privacy Control is a separate opt-out preference signal. We honour it where applicable law requires; because the Site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, enabling GPC does not require a change to its current tracking configuration.

07How long we keep personal information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We consider the nature of the information, the duration of our relationship or recruitment process, applicable record-keeping requirements, security needs and legal claims when setting retention periods.

You can stop requested marketing updates at any time. We may retain a limited suppression record to respect that choice. Business correspondence and applications may need to be retained after an enquiry or hiring process ends for legitimate record-keeping or legal reasons. Hosting logs and backups are subject to the relevant provider’s retention and deletion processes. A deletion request is subject to applicable legal exceptions.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where an incident triggers a legal notification obligation, we will provide the required notices.

This section concerns the Site and information covered by this Policy. Platform security commitments are addressed in the applicable merchant agreement.

09Merchant and platform information

Merchants use the Agent Mercer platform to manage their stores and customers. For customer information we process on a merchant’s behalf and instructions, the merchant generally determines the purpose of processing and we act as its processor or service provider, subject to the applicable agreement and data-processing terms. Other processing, such as our own account administration, security or legal compliance, may involve a different role and the applicable platform notice or agreement.

This marketing-site Policy does not create or replace a data-processing agreement, specify the platform’s model providers, or grant permission to train models on merchant or customer information. Those matters must be addressed in the applicable platform terms and disclosures.

If you are a merchant’s customer, contact that merchant about your order or privacy rights. If your request concerns information we handle only on its behalf, we will direct you to the merchant and assist as required by applicable law and our agreement.

10International transfers

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where data-protection rules may differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, an appropriate legal mechanism is required. Depending on the transfer, this may include an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another mechanism permitted by law. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

11Your rights

Your rights depend on where you live, the information involved and the law that applies. Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, a copy in a portable form, restriction of processing, or an objection to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Where applicable, you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may object at any time to processing for direct marketing.

California and other US states

Where the relevant state privacy law applies to us and your information, you may request information about collection, use and disclosure, access or a copy, correction or deletion, and other rights provided by that law. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, and to limit certain uses of sensitive information. Our current Site practices are described in Sections 2, 5 and 6. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right. An authorised agent may submit a request with evidence of authority where the law permits.

Make a request or appeal

Email contact@agentmercer.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority, but do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a secure way to provide them. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If a right of appeal applies, you may reply with “Privacy appeal”; we will explain the outcome and any available complaint route.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option in the message or contact us. You may still receive non-marketing messages concerning an active request or relationship.

12Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact contact@agentmercer.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.

13Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the date shown here and give additional notice where required. A revision does not authorise materially different uses of previously collected information where additional notice or consent is required by law.
